Giant Trevally ,Para or Gufdar has firm, dense, slightly oily meat. They can be dry if overcooked, but Grilled, BBQ’d or Pan Fried lightly they are a pleasant eating fish. Skin is usually taken off to remove the dark oily bloodline.
