Milkfish ,Bangus or Aifah flesh, pink flesh is rather soft, mild-tasting and contains numerous small bones which must be either expertly de-boned or pressure-cooked until the bones are soft enough to eat. Milk fish have no teeth and feed primarily on algae and invertebrates.
